A new date rule that uses the previous order. I.e. instead of the customer's most recent order this rule would use the second most recent order.

This would be very useful when using order triggers because when using a trigger like 'Order Paid' and a 'Customer - Last Paid Order Date' rule, the rule will consider the last paid order to be now. This means it's not possible to reference the customers last order before the current order.
